You still have access to all the files on there, but you can't upload anymore until you "buy" the appropriate quota.

Cool. Now I have 150GB. I guess it'll go back to my previous 50GB if I don't cough up after two years, but who knows? By then it may be free. Between Gdrive, Box, and MS, I have too much online storage.
