10000 Days, the leaked version, not the real CD??

anyone have more info on this? i just randomly heard it on the radio.
basically, i heard that the "leaked" cd is not the true CD they will release, and does not contain the true tracks.

I've never heard one song by Tool, but judging from the people who wear the Tool t-shirts I can tell the music sucks.
