100 Pirates vs. 100 Ninja - who'd win?

The pirates have ye olde muskets, sabers, ships with cannons, rum and pirates

The ninjas have katanas, shurikens, manriki chains & shogee

It's nighttime & the pirates are anchored about 25m off the beach while the ninja are hiding in the palm trees along the beach

both are aware of each other's presence

who wud win?


Pirate Advantages:
1. Long range firepower - muskets & canons
2. They're on a ship, mini fortress
3. They know that the ninja are there

Ninja Advantages:
1. A katana doesnt have to be loaded like a musket & a ninja with a katana > a pirate witha saber
2. It's dark so while the pirates know the ninja are there, they cant see them
3. Some pirates are drunk while others have only 1 eye, bad depth perception

Ninjas. neither have a code of honor, so it's not like the pirates gain anything by fighting dirty. But the ninjas have much better training.

now if it was samurai against pirates, i'd have to go ith the pirates.

Pirates have superiour firepower and immune systems due to regular travel throughout the world. Pirates give ninja's smallpox and ninja's lose no matter the outcome of the battle(though the pirates have superior firepower)

Fools, doesn't anybody remember that the whole POINT of being a ninja is using the element of surprise, killing when they do not expect it, assassinating when their guards are down? Let's face it, in a battle, the ninjas would run away to fight another day. The war, however, will be won.

as each pirate is killed, they turn into zombie pirates and then in turn, kill the ninja

since zombie pirates are impervious to blades, they can't be defeated by ninjas


plus the parrots will use their flame breath to start the ninja on fire

I thought Ninjas can only be killed by other Ninjas.
