I RMA'd mine without an issue, you have to send them a money order or check as well to cover shipping costs.

Good luck though since you removed the stock cooler.
 
Yeah, I'm wondering if they'll be able to notice that I removed the stock fan at some point. The main problem I can't get around is that I put as5 on the gpu, and I don't even know what was on it in the first place. I wonder what the chances of successfully RMAing are? No point in wasting $15 + shipping to Hong Kong.

Of course, the reason I replaced the cooler was because the video was crashing.

How long did it take for your replacement?
 
As an update, I have an arctic cooling accelero x2. I've seen reports of the voltage regulator overheating with the sapphire x1950xt. I noticed AC used to have a VR heat shield for sale, so I emailed them about it. They responded quickly and said they were going to send one out to me free of charge. So, hopefully that will address my crashing problems, and if not I'll wait a month or so for rv770 to bring down prices and then pick whatever is best at that point.
