$100 in rebates for future Acuvue contacts purchases

FYI, the coupon for the "doctor's visit" is a $25 rebate for a doctor's visit and a box of contact lenses. The coupon for $50 off four boxes is extremely useful. The $25 off four boxes is.. well.. not so useful, relatively. 😛

What I don't understand about the rebate is that its for previous Ciba users. But the rebate is only for Acuvue. They are from two different companies.
 
It's b/c of a settlement b/c they were selling daily contacts and weekly(or was it monthly) contacts for an inflated price...but they were the same contacts...so the settlement was to reimburse the people that used them. Think my brother got a coupon or rebate over a year ago concerning this.

*could* be some other settlement...but that's what comes to mind.
