100 AAA alkaline batteries (rayovac)

This part confuses me;
"These batteries are new, not recharged and not tested and slightly used or pulled out of some camera. They are new, unused, have plenty of remaining dating, they just have cosmetic blemishes."
They are new but also slightly used or pulled out of some camera??? 😕

Read it as:

These batteries are new
These batteries are NOT [(recharged and then not tested and slightly used) OR (pulled out of some camera)]

anyone heard of eneloop? drop the cash there, give the environment some help.

How does buying Eneloops iover these help the environment? These are essentially recycled batteries so you ARE helping the environment by purchasing these over the Eneloops. Don't get me wrong, I love the Eneloops but purchasing these seems like a positive thing for the environment. These things would likely end up in the land fill if they weren't for sale.

Wow, these kinda sucked. They came loose in a bag and where covered in a fine powder, looks almost like dried battery acid but I was not able to find any leaking ones...

Ah well, for $15 what can I say.

I haven't gotten mine yet. Hope they're not like that.

If you read the description, they said the batteries were not packaged and had chemical blemishes.

Well, I'm pretty lazy so I only tested a few in the closest AAA taking item I had, an old walkie-talkie. Three sets of three worked fine, the next set the battery reading immediatly dropped to half. I stopped at that point so I figure some are not quite full. All in all it's ok, as long as 30 or so work then I got my money's worth, any more is extra.
