Did you mix the pasta up on the counter or in a bowl? I love to put the flour right on the counter, add the eggs and water and mixing it up right there.

BTW, our pasta roller is red.

Not sure why the hell something like that is $200, but still. For ATOT it's pocket change if anyone is interested :D

That's actually pretty cool. Would probably be a must if you need to make a lot of pasta. It mixes the dough and then seems to push it out through the attached molds...I'd imagine you could have pasta for 8 in less than 10 minutes with that sucker :)

I did the "flour volcano" method on the counter. I like to mix salt and pepper with the found before using it though, hence the bowls.
