Just received my shipment of 25 3-packs today. Called Wal-Mart.COM. They are shipping out my 25 10-packs today. WOOHOO!!

Received confirmation email sent at 0615 PST this morning that they have shipped 3 - 10 packs.! Too bad deal is dead now.....Hope I get all tapes ordered!

After shipping me 25 3-packs, they just reshipped the 25 "correct" 10 packs. As it turns out, they shipped me another 25 3-packs. Called CSR...was on hold a while...CSR came back and told me to take them to my local Wal-Mart (she had already contacted them) and they would replace the 3-packs with 10-packs. THEY DID!! I now have 25 10-packs @ $5.05 each shipped. I AM a happy camper! (Is this considered a "Brag & Moan"?)

I got 3 - 3 packs, instead of 10 packs today - time to call WallyWorld and chew em' out...

Update - Walmart CSR was cool, said either ship it back with prepaid label (NOT!) - or just walk into local walmart and exchange them - Time to head to walmart, i guess..

Update #2 - Went to Walmart, they flatout refused to assist me in anyway because the website had the wrong price listed. They only offered to charge me more for the 10 pack. WTF ? I ended up getting a CSR manager, and she refused to budge. I guess I am sending these tapes back to .com warehouse with a nasty letter to fix the order and get me the tapes. Did anyone else have this much trouble???

Update #3 - Received an email from walmart stating they are crediting back my credit card. WTF? I shipped it back with clear instructions to send the correct amount of tapes. I may be screwed on this one....
