But after one of us uses the coupon the other can't go back to the site without it saying "sorry...you have already used..." I even deleted the cookies in windows and still got the same message. What can I do? Thanks.

you have to delete every file in your cookies folder...

to do that you have to exit windows and delete all the files
from dos...you can't delete from insode windows

it will work again after that
