Hey you posted the same deal at the exact same time as the other guy! :D

Though there doesn't seem to be anything that good to be ordering for 10 bucks, plus shipping.

Just for the info, they don't let you apply the coupon towards shipping.... W/ $5 ground shipping and NY tax charged, coupon is becomes more like $4.0 off...

Hmm, I just looked at the web page w/ the coupon and it says: "Coupons are redeemable toward applicable taxes, shipping and handling costs of the order."

could they have possibly missed a "not" there?

Btw, the site is very buggy, i constantly get promted to enter my user name password and domain....

edit 2: Just called the CR, they say that the checkout page will show that the coupon is not applied to shipping, but as the order is processed, the coupon WILL be applied... I'm going to try.

It does accept the coupon though without a problem, make sure you enter it into the Coupon field and not the GC field

btw, I've ordered from MVP.com before. I ordered shoes from them, and I waited and waited, and it didn't come. I contacted them several times, and they aplogized for the delay, and that they will send it soon as possible, and about 2 months later, they ended up cancelling my order without even telling me.

Um, that's because they went out of business. This is a NEW version of MVP.com run by CBS.

Their site is sucking air just like last time.
I'm not wasting my time again.

7lords, this was BEFORE they went out of business. They were in business a good half year after this happened. I'm not surprised that they did tho, considering what happened to me.

I know that. You said that you have shopped there before and you were complaining about the site - the old site and it shouldn't be compared to the new site. Someone asked if anyone has shopped at MVP before and that's when you replied that you have shopped there, but you have not shopped at the new site.

I was one of the lucky ones with the old site - got everything I ordered and I was not charged (one of the CSR's was told by a higher up to credit my account for the entire amount because of a long delay). About 2 weeks after that, the site started to crumble and they went under. No wonder - they gave me $150 of stuff for free just because I complained a little about the shipping delay (although it was a month).
