Erm, is this a troll? Of course a CRT is better for everything, the only reasons to get an LCD are to travel light and conserve deskspace.

They also conserve electricity, I have not had ghosting problems with the 2001FP, in my opinion it has been a good LCD for gaming, I have also used the NEC and it seems to work fine. It really does open up space on my desk from my Samsung 20 inch CRT.

Everyone knows LCD's light and small, moron. The previous post was saying LCD is better for gaming purpose. I was saying CRT is better, as CRT still performs better under multiple resolutions, has higher refresh rate and color fidelity.

the 2001fp, samsung 213t, and the new 23 benq coming out... do any of them show true black? i'm trying to make a decision. it's i'm not liking the level of trade off for response time, screen door effect, true black... and prices too much... though not TOO bad. thanks ~
