I read the terms and it's good both online and at the Apple stores.

It stated this: Electronic discounts are valid at the Apple Store for U.S. Consumers and Apple Store for Canadian Consumers, and Apple Store retail locations

According to the terms, the 10% discout does not apply to any other discounts (academic, employee, etc.) I'm gonna head on over to a nearby store to see if they'll make the exception (10% plus student discount). If they do, I'm gonna get the 20GB iPod.

Let us know if you have any luck... seems like it's an online only deal.

Actually, the terms also stated that it's applicable for Apple store purchases as well.

The discount shows up when you add it to your cart.

Tried, but doesn't work with educational discount. But the 10% off a 20GB iPod is still $10 cheaper than the $369 academic price.
