<< if i buy a PS2 now, and the price drops in 30-60 days, would sears match that price or no? >>

Not sure but Amex Blue probably would.

At EB, the Sony rep tells us that there are no immediate plans for a PS2 price drop, as it is selling so well at the $300 price point...

I costs Sony nearly $300 to make the console, and it is the best-selling of the three, why would they drop the price? Remember, this is Sony you are talking about.

I just ran across a Sears Home Central Parts and Repair Center. I didn't even know the place existed. Anyhow, they have a lot of Sears closeouts plus some freight damaged stuff. I bought the docking station for the Kodak digital camera that many of us got from CC. Sears price was $29.99 less 10% = $27 plus tax. I also noticed a 24" Wega for $379 less 10% so ~$340. I don't know how many places have these centers but this one had some great deals. BTW, this one is in Topeka.

JHawk - Do you have the address and/or phone number for that Sears Home Central Parts and Repair Center in Topeka?

Rossman--address : 3740 S.Park Ave
Topeka, KS 66609

Phone # is 800 473-7247. Don't know if that goes directly to them or a calling center.

Thanks JHawk, think I'll find a Sears Home Central near me and see if I can get that Kodak docking station.
