$26 CDRs - $10 coupon = $16.00 + tax for 200 CDRs = a little over $0.08 (8 cents) each CDR.

Used this the other day, when I bought a hard drive at my local B&M. Girl at the checkout asked me for my phone number, so she could check to see if I had their frequent shopper program (whatever OD calls theirs). When it didn't show up in the system, I told her I'd recently changed phone #'s. She asked if I wanted to sign up for their program? Sure, why not....

Made me realize 2 things:
1. this is supposed to be for their frequent shopper program members (probably tracked to your number, so you can only use it once)
2. you can give them any name & number, and use it over and over again! She just had me fill out the card, so she could put the info into the system, but there was nothing to keep me from putting in bogus info (no I.D. check, or anything). If I pay with cash, I could go in once a week, for the next 4 weeks, and just make sure I use a different checkout person every time...... :whiste:

It's not. It was an offer on OD's home page. All you had to give them was your e-mail and name, and they let you download a pdf of the coupon. Allowing you to print out as many as you needed.

When using them, I've not been required to give a rewards number, nor have they denied me multiple uses of the coupon when I did provide it.

I needed a box of envelopes that cost $22 on sale. They then took off $10. Great deal. I then printed another copy and went up the next day and did it again. Worked great! Yes, they did ask me for my phone number, but I believe that was only to pull up my account or such. Worked like a charm.
