Hi, new here. i'm in the market for a netbook. i've done a lot of reading and i have decided that the amd e-350 processor is best at this moment.

i am trying to find a 10 inch netbook w/usb3.0 and hdmi out with amd's e-350. i haven't seen anything. acer has a 10 inch netbook with the c-50 but i would like the e-350. does anyone have any info on this? i do a quick search daily and haven't found anything. any help would be appreciated.

anyone see anything for like $100 cheaper? it seems like using the manufacturer's prices you should be able to "sell back" win 7 and some ram and really drop the price of the netbook.

Well the HP is $100 cheaper than that $550 Vaio (in my opinion Sony hasn't made a single product worth buying in nearly ten years), but as far as I know nobody has a Brazos laptop with USB 3 yet.

It's kinda funny: the highest-speed interconnect I can get out of my dm1z is the gigabit ethernet port. Guess it just means I need to get off my butt and build that NAS I've been putting off.

if you got the x120e on launch day on the spp/epp sites you could do jus tthat.

too bad they dont run that option (more likely a glitch) like that very often. it was actually $117 cheaper without windows 7 home premium (realisticaly its probalby more like $60 per license for lenovo, but even $60 i think some people woudl choose the option ... and run ubuntu or a previously purchase copy of 7 etc).

I've been looking for one also. Unfortunately going from 10 inch to 11.6 is a big kicker for me. Have you had any luck finding anything tea_bag or anyone else. USB 3.0 with e-350 with hd 6310 is looking swell right now. Hopefully they do come out with it in a 10 inch form factor with slightly higher resolution like they do in the 11+ inchers. Just in case I need to run photoshop for a quick edit or so.

Oazntoyo,
I found a 10 inch Acer with the amd c-50
http://www.amazon.com/Acer-AO522-BZ8...KNSTXAAR308SG7

here is a link to amazon for the amd fusion notebooks/netbooks

http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.htm...i=amd%20fusion

i cant find any 10 inch netbook with the e-350. all the "netbooks" i found with the e-350 are over 11 inches. whats the point? might as well buy a ultra portable. 11.6 inches is not a netbook.

Oazntoyo,
i've been checking for info at netbooknews daily. i see tablet/netbook hybrids, but they seem to be running ARM processors. i dont know how they stack up next to an Atom or Amd Fusion series processor.
