You can split the files with WinRar. Or if you prefer you can use Total Commander...

The mediamax version of StreamLoad has 25GB space and less restrictions (25MB max file size and 500MB/month vs 10MB and 100MB for the regular StreamLoad):

There's always UploadPort: http://www.uploadport.com/

Maximum file size per file is 500MB
Downloads are capped @ 50KB/s (which should be decent enough for most )

No limit on how many files.

I also use PutFile for videos. There is a 25MB cap per video, but they have a somewhat decent interface for videos and once again, there's no limit on the # of videos I can upload. They allow public/private items and I even have a little page where I can show all my vidoes:

The user interface needs a bit more work, but it gets the job done.
