"But Muhammad was peace loving."

This is going to result in legislation in France or a shift in some other manner. It can't be ignored.

This attack was clearly the result of France passing the "burkah ban," which banned covering one's face in public. That's why these guys wore masks, as a kind of protest. When will France learn to submit to Allah?

Every newspaper in the world should publish joking caricatures of Muhammad today.

One shooting in Paris, "France has a Muslim problem". Dozens of shooting in America, no posts about America having a Christian fundamentalist problem.

Didn't take long for the first False equivalence from a liberal apologist,

when christians start making and carrying out threats for ridiculing Jesus like in the long running thread in Off topic or any other First Amendment right of the press to criticize their religion you may have a point.

Probably because the vast majority of daily shootings in America are done by inner city gang bangers that wouldn't know jesus from their own father... Because they don't even know their father.

And your ancestors might have been slave owners. What does ancient history have to do with the modern statistically infallible trend that has Islam as a key motivator in the bulk of terrorist attacks?

I think it was pretty well known back in the day when they ran this cartoon that doing so would put a bulls-eye on their back. They ran it anyways. They didn't care. That is arrogance. We cry for tolerance, but we aren't tolerant ourselves. Their government also didn't do anything to help protect these people as I'm sure they still to this day import Muslims by the boatload daily.

No different than the United States taking in all these Somali's in Minneapolis. The government encourages this immigration, pays for it, gives them citizenship, drivers license, free homes. Then we cry foul when something bad happens. It's embarrassing to live in the western world. We are just that stupid.

I really have no sympathy for either side.

Now, image if all 1.6 billion did something like this - wait, there is no imaging, because most of you firmly 'realize' this is what all Muslims actually are, are capable of and want to become.

Which is interesting, since tolerance is mocked in this very thread,... hur dur dur on boys, hur dur dur on. Just don't go crying when broad sweeping claims are made against yo,.. oh, wait, you do that as well.

:hmm:

Tolerance and religion of peace on full display again. Can't say that I'm surprised. I wonder how France is going to deal with this, their options are quite limited.

Come to think of it... Even if you look at our mass shooters here in the U.S... Can you tell me which ones did it in the name of Jesus? Because they were morally outraged? Because they were also devote Christians?

The answer my friend you'll find is pretty much none of these murderous losers were devote in any religion and even if they were identified with a particular church, did not commit their killings with religious bent.

McVeigh the OKC bomber wasn't acting on religious beliefs. But oh wait... The Boston Marathon Bombers were... But they were Muslim. Ahem...

Perhaps the only killings you'll find with religious influence to them are those of serial killers, and those that have murdered their own families... But none of those are mass shootings are they?

You have no sympathy for a dozen people killed for writing things in a paper? I guess you don't support the freedom of the press or the 1st amendment in this country, either. If I tell a paper I don't like them talking about cars and they post an article about a car and I attack them, that is not their "arrogance", as you blame it on the French paper here.

This is very similar--minus the killing--to the threats over The Interview we had in the a US last month. We can never tolerate people threatening violence over movies, paper articles, books, or music.

Minnesota was VERY tolerant and we let in all kinds of cultures. Having experienced them for a little while we are now sorry to have been so foolishly welcoming. Kindness gets abused. The world is full of assholes. Many of them use religion as an excuse.
