10 days in Scandinavia - What to do?

I'm going to be spending 7 days in Stockholm and 10 more between Norway and Finland.

Anybody been there? Must see things? Places?

Starting Place is Stockholm on July 28th
Ending Place is Helsinki on Aug 7th

I was thinking Bergen and the Fjords and then possibly Oulu, Finland. Would love to hear some suggestions.

why are you there? traveling? if u are, then why dont you do your research before going there?

if you travel more like my style, then check yourself into a hostel and you will find shitload of information once you are there.
