10 beeps and then computer shuts down, what gives?

I cleaned my computer out and put it back together, now when I turn it on I get 10 beeps and then it shuts off. It's almost a beep per second, then power off. Anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing this? I've cleared the CMOS and even changed the battery and it's still doing it. What's going on, did I break my motherboard?
 
That's a BIOS beep code. The beeps are an audible message from the BIOS to tell you there's a problem POSTing (because you might not always have video). What they mean depends on your BIOS.

As an example, here are the meanings of the codes for an AMI BIOS.

NB: I do not agree with the pdf author's diagnosis for 10 beeps. You should troubleshoot your motherboard configuration before sending it off for repair; something is probably just not reconnected correctly.

I did a cleaning last year and also got beep codes. I have no clue how I did it, but a bunch of pins got bent on the mobo and had to be replaced. I don't remember the codes, I just took it apart again and saw the pins bent.
 
my suggestions:

make sure cpu fan is spinning

reseat the memory -- try to boot

reseat the videocard -- try to boot again
