It's not too cheap or too risky. It's $15 shipping though which is just plain rediculous. Not a big deal at $25 total.

Is your system worth ten bucks? what if it blows your cpu? Looks too cheap to me! I wouldn't trust it.

From experience, your PSU isn't something you want to go cheap on. I suggest you get a nice high powered, high quality PSU, especially for an AMD system. It'll save you getting a new PSU in the long run when this PSU may not be able to handle the system.
