Argh - Just finished and that's when it tells you that they're only giving out 5 $10GCs.... Things have gone quite a ways from the dotcom boom... Vividence was spitting these things out like no tomorrow back then.

FYI for anyone that's considering to do this: There's about 20 questions w/ little multipart ranking questionaires. So it'll take you like 10 mins. No too bad but the chances aren't looking too great.

I did the survey but I bet we never see the GC's since this was an invitation only survey.

Seems like you get at least one $10 Amazon GC and a chance to win another. (Or would that be for the person who received the original e-mail?) Before you start, they say:

As a thank you, you will receive a $10 gift certificate from Amazon for doing this task and participating in the survey.

When you're done they say:

We will be randomly selecting five participants to win one of five $50 gift certificates from Amazon. As well, you will also receive a $10 gift certificate from Amazon for completing the survey.

Kind of a pain the butt, but I did it anyway. IBM makes OK stuff, but I've had various warranty complaints with them over the years, so I am not a fan of Big Blue.

Hmm...I actually wound up answering the prequalification truthfully and wound up doing a survey on Intel's site. Does the above choices take u to IBM?

I have done about five of these type of surveys, and not once I have I gotten the promised GC. Don't bother in the future, total waste of time.

If anyone receives it, post it in this thread so people will know to check their spam-mail. If I receive it, I'll be sure to do the same.
