I called Microsoft and you have to do it online. The $200.00 discount is no longer valid.

I called Microsoft, and they told me that the only way to get the discount (which apparently ended on Jun 30) is through an online code, and that unless I have a code from being a Microsoft Partner (just signed up), then there's no way to get the $99 deal.

So is that the case? or is there still a way to do it?
