I am involved in a fitness challenge at the gym. Push ups is 1 of the measurements to see what team wins. I hurt my knee and need surgery so can't do any real cardio so can't help the team with lost inches, weight or improved cardio. So I am going to just bust my butt trying to improve how many push ups I can do in a minute. Got a few more weeks to go so hope I can really add to this total.
