Don't forget the time of the police officers. One of my friends is a cop and explained how routine the job has become. Sunday afternoons are filled with calls at 3:01 because the parent with custody on the weekend until 3:00 isn't back yet.

roll all you want jackass, he was never married and that has nothing to do with anything. last i checked, the courts are supposed to be in the best interedt of the child. how is this in the best interst of the child?

Perhaps your friend should sue for custody, if the mother is as crazy as it sounded in your story then it shouldn't be that difficult.

actually its far more difficult then you think. many judges still believe that children have to be with the mother. NO matter if it is unsafe and such.

even if you get a judge who actually has the best interest of the child in mind that is no guarantee. it is difficult for a father to get custody. but times are changing..slowly but i
