I don't miss it at all. I miss partying, I miss alcohol fueled women, I miss having my nights explained to me the next day....

But I like my new life. I wouldn't trade my worst day now for my best day when I was drinking.

i know what you're trying to say but that's just AA speak trying to sound clever while making a point. it fails. unless you're drinking really, really sucked which i doubt as you'd never become an active alcoholic in the first place 😛
 
What about Five Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Six Hundred Minutes? Were you trying to avoid a RENT reference or something?
 
If I ever became an alcoholic I don't think I could ever go to AA unless ordered or something because of the spiritual aspect of it.
