1 Sale a Day - Cavalry Drive - Help

I just got a 320 gb drive from them. Anyways, I plugged it in, it worked. I threw away ALL the package material. The next day I tried it and it clicks (death). I spoke with 1 sale a day and they told me the manufacturer is responsible. This was brand new. It was a 2.5 external drive with eSata.

Does anybody know of contact information? I can't seem to find any.
