I would venture to assume that Catholics believe in ghosts more than any other group.. Saint this, saint that, all these miracles they talk about.. Isn't the entire concept of praying to a Saint similiar to believing in a ghost?

The Vulgate (derived from the Septuagent) Bible has 102 occurrences of the word Ghost, and all but a few refer to The Holy Ghost. The others ALL refer to the asct of "giving up the Ghost" as if it denoted the soul. The Holy Ghost is not a Ghost, but an extension of Gods Will and Power, almost an entity unto itself.

According to most good dictionaries, another meaning for the word ghost is as a suggestion of some quality. In this case, it is intangible as is the soul, therefore the word Ghost is used.

Yeah, I know ( I have studied 4 years of theology). I just know better than to waste my time forming a serious opinion for ATOT.
