1.6a/p4b266: mobo says "no cpu is installed"???

when i boot my computer up, it says "no cpu is installed" but my computer boots up fine. this happens regardless of if i'm oc'ing or not. right now i'm running at 2.133 and i thought this was the problem, so i went back to 1.6, and it still says that same thing. can anyone explain why?

i can't change the multiplier so that's at 16, but my fsb is at 133.
multiplier = 16
fsb = 133

it's not exactly 2133, but 16*133 comes up at 2133 when i boot up the computer.
