According to Wiki, the Mig29 is 57' ft long, that would make the model about 10', seems about right.

They spent $5-15k for a one-off. If you were to mass produce them, they'd probably only cost a thousand or so per unit to manufacture...but let's say $5k once you factor in training, facilities, and weapons. So, $2.5B total for a half-million planes. Compare that to about $2.1B per unit for a B2 bomber, or a much cheaper $140M per unit for a F-22, and it seems like a bargain. Obviously you'd have to use a longer-range remote control, and inboard cameras so the pilot can see what they're doing.
