I always wanted one of those toilets. The ones at my work consist of probably about 1.6 gallons of water in the bottom of the toilet, and when you flush, a jet stream of water shoots that junk away in .5 seconds, some water shoots down the side of the bowl, and its refilled 3 seconds later.
I doubt it uses much more water than an economy toilet, especially if you have triple flush.
As for the people that complain about others using to much toilet paper, we have cleaner underwear. Good luck on those skid marks.
