1.2GHz T-bird & Abit KT7 (non raid)

Anyone have this setup? Any complaints? I'm thinking of gettin this setup and I don't want to find out something bad later on...


Also what is a good place to buy a 1.2GHz T-bird Socket A online?

I already have my motherboard so it is too late. That'll be my next 6 month upgrade

I got a TBird 1000 retail from www.compuplus.com for $199 it came in 2 days of ordering and it is presently overclocked to 1.2Ghz using default voltage, and an Alpha pal6035. They seem like a great company, good prices they answer the phone calls, reply to emails, and ship promptly. My MB is the Kt7 as well.

Oh, and it kicks the P4-1.5Ghz' ass in SiSoft Sandra in everything but memory bandwidth. Hope that helps your decision.
