1/2" ID compression fittings?

Such as the 3/8" compression fittings found on most Innovatek water blocks.....but in a 1/2" variety? Does such a thing exist? Where can I get some ?

Compression fittings or quick disconnects?
Compression fittings are fine and dandy but really not worth the extra cash since a hose barb is what $.10 at a hardware store.
Quick disconnects however OWN. www.mcmaster.com has them as does www.usplastics.com there was a site that sold really good ones but i cant remember it

No, I mean specifically compression fittings. Speaking of mcmaster.com, my $200 order of acrylic and odds and ends from them arrived today, yay, time to mod a case

I know I could use just brass barb fittings, but I want something a little sexier Plus hose clamps suck arse, I really like the compression fittings on my Innovatek GPU block, and would like to upsize them to 1/2" and do them on all my blocks/fittings, yay!

Most waterblock fittings and such are 1/4" NPT correct? :|
