1.2 @ 1.43 TBird 200fsb and Gigabyte GA-7DX...need DDR settings!!!

Ive got a GIgabyte GA-7DX motherboard, 1.2 @1.43 TBird 200fsb, and 256mb Crucial PC2400.
What are some good timing settings for this ram?
Currently running at 16,8,6,2,6,2,2. Got these from another post.
Anything that will push my ram to the limit?

I don't have the 7DX, but I have been running the RAM in my 8K7A+ for the last couple of days at 16-8-7-2-5-2-2 with good results.
