Biggest game in his career, instead of taking the extra time given to him to study game tape and get better since he's been playing badly, Romo goes to Mexico.

Maybe, next year you'll take the game a little more seriously.

are you fucking nuts? EVERY commentator/ex coach/ex player say what he did was fine.

he played well. hsi recievers dropped 2 sure TD passes and one that could have been run back for one.

lol seriously. was he supposed to watch game tape for a team that hadn't been determined yet? it's not like he got back from vacation 2 days ago and then played in a playoff game.

He should have been watching game tape of himself. Figure out why he's been sucking so bad lately and improve.

yea i agree, romo didn't do anything wrong by going on vacation, most of the teams that had bye weeks went on vacation. The only QB they even reported of staying and studying was Peyton and we see how well that worked.

50% pass completion ratio and taking a 15 yard sack instead of throwing the ball away. Then he's just over-rated. Poor game by him after having a bye week and having multiple bad games prior.

Romo is no brady. he is in what his 2nd year? considering trhat he is damn good

some of the pass's were drops that should have been caught. 2 for sure TDS and one that would have been close.

Peyton Manning Super Bowl Rings - 1
Tony Romo Super Bowl Rings - 0

As a Cowboys fan, I'm disappointed, but I'm not too surprised. I was worried the Cowboys would choke and not win a single playoff game this year and unfortunately, it happened.

Three things stand out: The Cowboys breakdown in the final minute of the 2nd quarter allowing the Giants an easy TD, Tony Romo's stupid intentional grounding and too many unforced penalties.

That's always been obvious. Dallas fans hype him up to being one of the best QB's of the era and all he has done is CHOKE in the big game. I was just saying that he probably would have CHOKED just as big if he had stayed home instead of going on vacation. But yea as far as I'm concerned its Brady = Manning = Favre > rest of the NFL. Cause really all three are great.

Yeah, although he has to be hurting after going 0-2 in the playoffs so far

I agree. I think he's an excellent quarterback. He's had an impressive year for being his only full year as an NFL QB. And it seems like he has a good attitude and sense of humor too.

It's like Cutler on my Broncos - huge potential, once things are ironed out.

I have no voice left. I watch the games in a warehouse with the same group of guys each Sunday. I have never seen so many beer bottles fly when McQuarters intercepted that pass. My heart was pumping those last 30 seconds. What a great game. This Giants team is reminding me of the '96 Yankees. Way to go. GO GIANTS.

Well, yeah, he's a good, young QB. WAY to early to say he, or anyone else in their 2nd year, will have anything like the career Brett Farve has had, though.

Seems like sports news these days is all about mindless front running.

Anointing Romo as now among the best is just as stupid as saying that he sucks.

The jury is still out.

Odd, he's 27 years old and has 5 years of experience according to ESPN. He's been in the league for more than 2 years. It's only his second year starting, but he studied in the NFL for another 3 years that helped him.

"Tony Romo was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2003."

FYI: Jay Cutler is 24 years old and in his REAL second year.
