I seriously couldn't care less if they are green berets or not.
There are too many people trying to strip it away and still call it the second amendment.
Justice Antonin Scalia, one of the Supreme Court's most vocal and conservative justices, said on Sunday that the Second Amendment leaves room for U.S. legislatures to regulate guns, including menacing hand-held weapons.
Well if they are current troops they are violating military regulations by voicing political opinions under the color of their uniform. That aside though, I'm just tired of people trotting out The Troops all the time.
I wonder if they will be disiplined?
They did so anonymously so that they couldn't be punished for disobeying regulations.
Antonin Scalia disagrees with you...

For me, the whole Green Beret thing has some relevancy, as it makes them particular experts on this weapons. They are more aware of their true capabilities than probably 95% of the population, and definitely more aware than most politicians. That gives them more of a right to speak.
