Actually it does.. LOL.. the land in that area is FAR more expensive than anywhere in Manhattan.. $1400/sq. ft. vs. $2500/sq. ft.

there are definitely places in manhattan that are worth more than that. midtown apartments costs up to 3x more than some of the places on the upper west side, and prolly 6x more than anything in harlem/bronx/heights area.

Nope, I still stick to my point, if you not a sadist you probably wont enjoy the whole sex slave in a dungeon thing. A harem would probably be more appropriate.
