Just got mine today (5 min ago). I ordered 5 just to play with and see if any problems.

A padded envelope from "GN Enterprise" came via UPS Ground.

Opened it up and there's 5 blank discs just rattling around in there!

Hope they aren't hopelessly scratched! Sheesh.

Nice thing: They are solid white on the label side. Makes for more legible sharpie labels. :D

The DVD-R media at PCCLub is still $39.99 for the 50 pack and $19.99 for the 25 pack.

50-pk

25-pk

So whoever said that the price has changed to $49.99, check again.

You definatly read wrong. Princo is the bottom of the barrel. Also, $1 a disc is *EXPENSIVE* for princos. The average price for spindles of 100 on media websites is $69+shipping, and can be had for less with some digging.

That's for 1x princos. The 2x are around $1 each. I have been using Princos and have had no issues using them in an older Toshiba DVD drive and an Apex. They also play on all my computer DVD drives. I can't say anything but good things about them.

Princo works great with my Pioneer 05 and my Apex 600A. Almost burned 75 of them without a hitch. at $70/100piece spindle from rima.com.
But it's true there's a lot of talk about Princo being the one if not the worst of all dvd-r. But since me so cheap...
