1.0 gig tbird questions...

ok, i have a 1 gig tbird on an MSI K7T Pro 2A... I can OC it to 1.2 gig @ 1.7 volts no problems, temps look great... but when i bump it up to 1.3 gig @ 1.8 volts, the temp shoots up to 44 degrees C (111 degrees F)... is this too high? i have a GW FOP 32 on the tbird... and another question, are their any options in the award bios to change FSB settings? or cant you change FSB with amd chips...
