Would someone mind filling me in on when and how christopher reeve made it into the story? I gather that this is not his first appearance so what were the circumstances surrounding his initial foray into smallville?

 

christopher reeves first came in when clark was studying the caves and the key was calling to him i believe

geez the show is just very complex and doesn't give everything away in 5 minutes. Just be patient.
