02 Subaru Impreza or 01 Honda Prelude?

Bout to buy another car, these are the ones im looking at. Subaru has 184000 miles, still fresh, it has the 2.2 boxer, 5spd. The only bad thing about it is that its a hatch:'(. The Prelude has 162,000, h22 vtec, all original (YES!!!!), 5speed, and most importantly, wasnt owned by a kid trying to lay frame or have it "stanced" out. Its a tough choice. Both cars are impeccable. Soooo, basically, Pro's, Con's?
 
Ask for Service records and make sure the car has been maintained.

personally, assuming above is proper, I would go with Honda.

But it's always best to go with car that's been maintained proper. Remember, life of the car depends on MAINTENANCE MORE so than on manufacturer/reliability etc.
 
All things the same (properly maintained, etc), go with the prelude unless you need awd or 4 doors.

I'm a big subaru fan, too.
 
I'd go with the Prelude, not a whole lot would go wrong with it, well except for that timing belt thing.
