New LS doesn't look bad. Looks very Audi-ish. Guess they've gone from copying MB to copying Audi!

Can't wait to see what a Toyota V12 is like!

Why is the Lexus article headlined as the "LS500" when the text of the article says it will probably be called the LS450?

That RX7 drawing looks pretty cool, I must say. :)

That RX-7 pic looks like a variation of old concepts from the '90's. I like the sketch posted a few weeks ago, as it looks more like the company style - 5 pt grille and slanted cat-like headlights.

I really like the new "LS500" look a heck of a lot more than the current Lexus flagship sedan. Good move in getting "inspiration" from Audi or whoever.

Is that a whale tale on the back of that RX-7? lol And why would they make it outperform the RX-8?

I like this a lot more than that.

How is Mazda going to position the RX-7 with an RX-8 out? Hopefully, it will be cheaper than the RX-8 but somehow I doubt it.

They're two totally different categories of cars.

Viper is right. The RX-8 is more of a 330Ci competitor.
The RX-7 is more of a 350Z competitor

Yeah, but you'd think that the RX-8 would be a higher level car than the RX-7 just going by numbers. They should have called it an RX-5 or 6 instead of 8.

Well it's a bigger car.

Wow, the new RX7 looks NICE. Kinda reminds you of the old FD3S RX7 but also cues off the RX8.

About the SL: "the car should return about 27mpg."
Da-DANG!!! Direct injection rocks my world. It's about time more companies start adding more innovation to the standard internal combustion engine. I'm hoping Mitsu adds it to more production cars since they've been messing with it so long. Hoping for a M-powered car with a Valvetronic engine as well.

With the exception of the Evo, Mitsu cars STILL suck

It's already been confirmed that the 500+hp V10 in the next M5 will NOT have Valvetronic. It doesn't work too well with the high-strung engines. I believe the V12 in the 760Li uses it, though. Edit: It does.

It's about time Lexus updated the LS to look like the current mercedes. ;)
Another unoriginal, borrowed design from lexus. Nothing to see here.

probably similar to how the 350Z and the Infiniti G35 Coupe work together in the market place. The RX8 is more laid back, roomier, and forgiving, while the RX7 is the 2 door, high strung version of it.

Well, I think that the IS300 is an original design...and their BEST design. I hope that they don't uglify the next gen model.

Their best design was the older SC300/400 (not to be confused with the SC430). I also loved their first gen LS400, sure it was a Mercedes copy, but it was still a damn good design. Cheaper and more reliable than the Benz, whats not to love? The current GS300/400/430 is a very nice design too, altho I'm not to fond of their interior & gauge layout, but still a sweet car.

I don't understand why people get upset over a copy-ed design? Who cares? The Hynduai Sonata is a copy of a Jaguar, but its still a nice looking car.
