This is pretty cheap advertising for Taco Bell.. How many cars do you think they'll manage to fill in 2 hours? 4 cars every 3 minutes at each gas station (I'll bet they didn't use any of the mega places with 30 pumps) = about 160 cars per station. Around $5000 per station = $40,000 nationally. I'd like to see some other venue give you nation-wide advertising for 40k.

You're forgetting the free food coupons and the initial costs behind the scenes to get it all set up... the latter can cause for the advertising costs to go up quite a bit.

Not to mention, accident insurance for the event. Let's hope that there aren't any riots. 😛

Btw, I don't think that they will manage to get a car in, fill 15gals, and get the car out and another in, smoothly, in only 3 minutes. Maybe 5-6 at best.
