I would have trouble thinking I know what you are saying here because I don’t know what speaking of a world view means to you when you use that term. When I look at the world I see the world. The world around me changes all the time. I react differently depending on what I see. So, on one hand my world view is the world that is before me. But what I see can also trigger feelings I may be unaware are being triggered. If this happens I can imagine anything none of which is real about the world but a reflection of my unconscious motivations. I experienced a state in which I woke from the world view created by my conditioning and ingrained habituation to being present.I certainly don't figure I've developed some unfailing sense of things. One expression you hear occasionally from even pretty smart people (presumably) is "you learn something new every day." I find that ludicrous. My entire world view changes constantly.
So there is the world produced by thought and imagination, and the world as it is. So the present is not the past or future but it is the only place where I am real.
This means that thought is of the past. Thought is fear. There is only the joy of being.
