Tell us something you have done that is unusual, enlightening, fun, wacky, or a little something from all of the above.

Something to do that entails buying equipment doesn't qualify.

List things we can do on our own, or with a partner.

List the approximate price if necessary. Try to keep it down. 😀

My life is boring, 🙁 and I don't have anything to add, why I'm looking for something.

I'll honestly try to do some of your good suggestions, and let you know how it went.

My husband and I love to go to lawn and garage sales together on the weekends, and go to thrift shops. It's something we enjoy, and it doesn't require alot of money. Which, with him being laid off, is a definite requirement lately. 😉

Let see what to do, I am going to see a local band on saturday, and On sunday I suppose I could go visit some friends I have not seen ina while.

For lob, I suggest some fishing. 😉

Yeeny, ummm, 😀

i'll tell you later.

GF, that may be fun, and profitable!

Buy stuff for a pennies on the dollar, and fleabay it.

Hmmmmmmmm......... Wheels are turning.

Adul, going on a fishing expedition in a couple of weeks.

Check this.
Why don't you look at some specials at Parks near you?
For example:
I got that Deal with Bust Gardens where I paid $50 for a ticket that will let me go to BG every day till end of the year (except the weekend, but you might get a deal without that restriction) so I go there 🙂 so look around you for some deals, they're not usually wildly advertised 🙂 so look closly
Good Luck

Bust Gardens? Nice! I've been hanging out at Va Beach checking out busts...you mean they have a garden full somewhere?

Club: in NYC, cover will run you anywhere from $20-40 (in Hartford, CT it'll be $5-15, comparably)

Rave: there's one in Fitchburg, MA this Saturday I'll probably be stopping by... $10-15 cover

Ceramic painting: $5-40 for a bowl/pot/kitten/whatever you want to paint, $4/half hour... fun to do with a friend or partner

Shopping: $0-goodness knows... 😀 If all else fails, you can hit the mall... to buy, to window shop, to people watch, or to do all three...

This weekend, I'll be chilling with some new friends. One from ATOT, the other a very cool Network Security Engineer for Cisco (he specializes and works with very High End Security for organizations such as the Department of Defense, NSA, etc., and other companies... he works on products used for Intrusion Detection, High End Firewalls, Secure Remote access (VPN Access), authentication, and cryptography... I can't wait to pick this guy's brain 😉 ). My ATOT buddy will probably come along with me on a shoot and do some shopping, and I'll probably go bar/club hopping with Cisco boy. Only a few more hours until I can relax...

Have fun, I hope you find something to do!,

LOB ~ thank goodness I haven't gotten to that point yet... 😉 I think I have a good 5-10 years worth left in me...

Wants to try out the HDrome this weekend,
~kitten >^.^<

Try canoeing(sp?). Get buddies together, a few beers, some food, a few chicks and take to the river.(or lake) It is actually fun. We used to always bring frisbees and stuff and stop at some nice spots get and swim and have a blast!

(lots of ands in that sentence)

I get to go into the hospital sunday for surgery...six wonderful weeks of in-patient rehab to look forward to!:disgust:

Actually hip surgery. when my neck was fused after i broke it, they removed bone from my hip to use to fuse it... the hip accidentally caught a bone infection... they're trying to correct it.🙂

Lakers will win the NBA championship on Friday, so fun and celebration that night.

I'm going mountain biking on saturday morning, followed by a family bbq dinner.

Sunday will be church in the morning, followed by lunch and/or a movie, then back to church for evening service where I volunteer.

Then I'll wonder where my weekend went on monday morning. 😉
