11. One Blue cold cathode light. It's approximately 12" inches in length. It works very nicely.

I've got a heatsink/fan that I ripped out of a broken DirecTV TiVo unit. A quick google search says it apparently fits DELL Inspiron 2650 laptops. It looks exactly like this: http://www.bztechservices.com/.../dell/insp2650/fan.jpg Heck it even has the same numbers.
