while i think sueing is not the thing to do...
u can certainly get this person in trouble....especially if this is a teacher who used extremely bad judgement.

Bah, people are too sensitive nowadays. When I was in 5th grade in an all boys Catholic school, my teacher threw a coffee mug full of pens and pencils at me because I "ruined the class photo" (I didn't do it on purpose, I was in mid-sneeze when they took it...you should've seen the face I was making 😀). Just get over it, some people are assholes.

Go to the administration, and if nothing happens, file a police report, and sue teh school for not taking care of the matter 🙂

Sue-happy jerk. :| As much as what that teacher did was wrong, COURT IS NOT THE ANSWER TO EVERYO ONE OF LIFES PROBLEMS!

report him to the school authorities, file a written complaint, and be at the next PTA meeting to address your concerns.

No, don't get over this! I wouldn't stand for it. Report it and demand a severe reprimand and letter of appology; probably more appropriate than sueing.
