I have an Abit NV8 board and my USB2.0 devices are not running at 2.0 speed. Windows XP keeps saying that my 2.0 devices can run faster if they're on a 2.0 plug, when they are. SiSoft Sandra confirms that it's only working at like 1.5mbps. I have XP SP2 and USB 2.0 is enabled in the BIOS...
