I have an Abit NV8 board and my USB2.0 devices are not running at 2.0 speed. Windows XP keeps saying that my 2.0 devices can run faster if they're on a 2.0 plug, when they are. SiSoft Sandra confirms that it's only working at like 1.5mbps. I have XP SP2 and USB 2.0 is enabled in the BIOS. Anyone else familiar with this issue? I even tried using the additional USB 2.0 ports that came with the board that I can plug into the motherboard and still no avail. I don't see any USB 2.0 controller in the device manager, only Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller and Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller. I am unable to locate any standalone USB 2.0 drivers from Nvidia and their Forceware drivers. Detect new hardware/update driver is not working either. Can anyone help? I'm totally stumped on this one. Would overclocking it possibly affect this? I have a Sempron 1.6gz@2
