I just recently bought one and have had next to no problems. I am very happy with it. You just really need to make sure when you first build and install OS to run everything default as it comes, no agressive timings etc.

I picked up one last night and it was compatible. Had the 1.3 bios :) Didn't have any major problems with my install either and i was using a 3200....now have it overclocked to 2.2 no vcore increase at all :) The guys at the shop I got mine from knew of the problem as well.

Also make sure your FSB is set to 333 not 400 as 400mhz with 4 dimms is acutally overclocking it :( This is a limititation with the AMD 64 chips.

I also had a problem with the Neo2 and leaving a disk in the DVD Drive. This only occured using a Pioneer 120s Dvdrom. If I left the disk in the drive, windows would BOSD and reboot when it tried to load. Also when putting a disk into the drive in windows it would sometimes BOSD.

What to do? I have been reading alot of posts on various forums about the Dual Channel problems with using 4 dimms. The fact it likes to clock the FSB back to 166 when you put 4 dimms in. There have been other posts that say 4 dimms work at 200 fsb Dual Channel and that you set the 2T command...
