    Dear Sir, My system is Windows XP professional, SP1 is installed. I also tried to install SP2, but the trouble of popup help windows infinitely is still there. Now I unstall SP2. Could you give me some hints to remove it? Thanks!

    Hi, guys, I got into the same trouble, and even Antispyware did not work. Also I have reinstalled the whole system after format each partitions of my hard disk. However it is still there. Does anybody can help???????
